We got talked into eating here by a barker on the street. He was kind and pleasant. We took a chance. It didn't pay off. We ordered the conch fritters. They were tasty and a nice portion. We then ordered sandwiches with fries. The sandwiches were put together poorly, one bite and everything fell apart. Then after the second bite...we found a hair on the plate in the fries. The manager/owner was called over and he told us "just don't eat the fries." When we seemed unhappy about his solution he became aggravated. After some debate he finally stomped off and took the plate off the check. All-in-all this was our worse dining experience in Key West. Save yourself some money and a headache and just go to the Conch Shack right up the street. Much better food and much, much better service.
