We stayed in the Havana Suite, which has a king bed in the living room, a king bed in a loft, and a kitchenette. Note - The spiral steps up to the loft might be difficult for older people to negotiate. The inn had a large jacuzzi, several lounge chairs, and a breakfast area. The breakfast was good, featuring several kinds of rolls, bagels, fruit and mimosas. I thought the room was clean and the daily maid service was good. The inn is less than a block from Duval, so it was a great location. We were far enough down Duval that it was very quiet at the inn, but a short walk to the bars. All of the people we encountered were very friendly. I also like the friendly cat that lived on the property, since I was missing my dogs. I would stay here again.

Nothing exceptional given the price paid. Location great, right off Duvall. For us everything seemed cramped. we understand this a B and B. Given that, rooms still seemed small. Sleep quality not the best - pillows hard and flat plus sheets were pilling. Breakfast seemed skimpy, compared with previous reviews. Best feature nice soaking pool with secluded deck in back. No off street parking. Hostess Lynne great. Like honor wine bar. Street roosters interesting wake up calls.

This is a lovely B&B about 1/2 block south of Duval St, where much of the entertainment happens. The hosts Marcia and Dave, along with thier assistant Lynn, were very friendly. The weather was quite hot, so the pool was refreshing. This is a true Key West type B&B, so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

What a great place to stay in Key West! Close to everything, Very quiet, clean location off of Duval Street. Great value. Our hosts were very friendly, informative and always there when we needed something. Great to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast waiting for us. Lynn, Marcia and Dave were great and can't wait to go back!

We chose this hotel after we saw the great reviews here on Tripadvisor. We traveled from Europe for a one week vacation. What we didn't like was the breakfast, there wasn't nothing much to eat and where to eat it.
The rooms were ok, A/C was a little noicy and underneeth a bad was some sock. Also we stayed 6 days and they didn't change sheets in three days what they were saying.
What is good, is the place where is it. Right next Duval street.
I don't think we will go back to Key West soon but if we go, we choose different hotel.

It is so curious that this person found these unacceptable things when everyone else is so satisfied. Our site is very clear about what we offer. You will have to decide.
