“So Enjoyable”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

We went for Fantasy Fest.... The rooms were very clean, beds were GREAT, hot water, fluffy towels, great breakfast and the perfect Host. It was so relaxing to come back from Duval and languor on the wonderful front porch in true southern style. We watched the street parade from the porch, it was perfect. Mark the owner was so welcoming. You couldn't ask for a better B&B.
We will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: all the rooms are great

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and each night was a pleasure! Fresh breakfast, great location, wonderful inn keepers, and very clean! We will definitely be back! We stayed in the back room which was very nice, romantic, and secluded. We enjoyed having breakfast on the front porch with other guests. The property was very clean and quiet; they also offer complimentary wine! We always walked to Duval Street from the property and would catch a bike cab back at night.

Great, Great, Great, Clean, Comfortable and an overall great place to stay. Mark, our Host, was very gracious and we sat chatting quite a few times on nice big comfy chairs on a beautiful wrap around porch. A nice breakfast in the morning, cookies & cupcakes in the afternoon and wine and cheese while we watched the Walking Fantasy Fest parade go right past the doormeven a stocked fridge with honor system beers etc, in case you ran out. What fun, a little walk into town and you could enjoy all the madness of Fantasy Fest

This is the perfect place to stay with your doggies.I reccomended this place to all of my family and friends. The innkeeper is always pleasant and helpful. My husband and I have stayed here twice and plan to revisit in the near future, the bottle inn is our home away from home. The breakfast is good and fresh each morning. The location is quiet and you do not heear a lot of street traffic.

Room Tip: Room 6 is spacious, quiet and cozy.

My wife called to see if a room was available and the inkeeper said yes. He offered to hold the room. When my wife called back to book the room, the innkeeper began on a tyrade about how if she couldn't commit, he didn't want her business. He degraded and embarrased her, when she was in fact calling to book the room and provide him with a credit card number. He gave her no opportunity to correct his misunderstanding. If this is the kind of service you want, then this is the right place for you. I don't know what happened to professionalism, but this is not the kind of innkeeper you want sleeping under the same roof as you. He was absolutely, ceritfiably psychotic. Sweet Dreams.

Room Tip: Keep looking.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend, and so glad that we booked it. We arrived very late but the owners made our stay comfortable. We stayed in room 5, it was wonderful, our balcony looked over Southard Street where we enjoyed breakfast and reading in the morning. The breakfast was good, also there was a fridge located downstairs in which we could keep our food and a few beers. The location was perfect, it is in walking distance of all the major attractions, but far enough off Duvall that you feel like a local and not a tourist. The hotel rents bikes, although we just walked to town. Plus, there is ample street parking in the neighborhood.

Room Tip: Room 5 has a nice balcony with two chairs perfect for breakfast.

We stayed in Bottle Inn for a couple of nights in September 2011, and can nothing but recommend this place. The room was large enough and well taken care of and especially the service was excellent, the owners really wanted you to have a nice stay and enjoy our time there (and we sure did). Will certainly stay here again next time visiting Key West.
