This was our 7th time at Key West and the last 3 we have stayed at the Conch House. A perfect stay everytime w/ comfortble rooms, a wonderful pool and an excellent and attentive staff. This time we stayed in the Frangipani suite then moved to the Delany suite (which we have stayed all previous times). My wife and I love the Delany due to its wounderful private deck and good sized kitchen (also the price is very reasonable). You can always find sun or shade at the pool and the water temp has been perfect each trip. Hillary, Carol and Ammie left us wanting for nothing. Also being on Truman, it is close to all the bars and restaurants we like without all the noise and traffic of Duval. Best BB in Key West as far as we are concerned, will not go anywhere else.

We stayed in the Hemingway suite for the fires two nights and moved to the Frangipani suite for the rest of our stay. Both rooms were very comfortable. The Hemingway room had a multi-head shower for two that felt great. The Frangipani had a Jacuzzi and a king-sized bed. The pool was refreshing. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great Key West Vacation.

This was our 1st visit to Key West. We came across this B & B by Trip Advisor. After reading several reviews we decided to book it. This truly was a great pick. The B& B was very clean which is a must for me. The housekeeping was superb, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was top notch. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh/tasty! The mimosas were a nice compliment each morning too! The pool was perfect; so peaceful and relaxing. (towels provided) The location was great. In walking distance to most attractions but far enough away from the heavy traffic. We rented bikes within the B & B for two days. Great decision. We are looking forward to next year! Well done!! Most importantly to couples traveling....no children under 16 allowed. The pool is a good size(especially in comparison to typical Key West B&B pools, which are deceiving in pictures on the sites) so you can relax and float or swim without kids yelling and jumping cannonballs over you. Very conveniently located to Duval Street action but far enough away where you don't hear it. Yes, you are on a main street BUT the rooms are set back and you really don't hear the traffic noise. Breakfast is nothing special but it's great to take your breakfast and sit outside by the pool in the morning and just take it all in. We've only stayed in the same room each time we've visited (the Boca Grande) and we pick this room because its large, in the back of the house, by the kitchen (we like to wake up to the smell of the fresh coffee and muffins, if you're a late sleeper this is not the room for you) and its not by another bedroom.

This was our sixth time staying with the friendly staff and owners of The Conch House. Great location, not too far from the airport, and close enough to the fun. Perfect size and a great pool. We always stay in The Pool House with it's own bath and literally 3 steps from the pool. Highly recommend these wonderful Folks! See you next year. Murray C.

The Conch House was really perfect for us. We normally don't like B&Bs, but the setup of this one was good. We stayed the first night in the Heritage Room, upstairs. The bath was detached, so had to throw on a robe to scoot across the hall. After that, we moved to the Caribbean - basically, a poolside cottage with amazing access to the pool, which is available 24 hours, and is lit up at night. We laid on air mattresses, floating and looking up at the moon and stars. It was a little piece of heaven. The room was spacious, quiet, had a handy walk-in closet with a mini fridge and room for our luggage and stuff.

There is no doubt whatsoever that we will be back to Key West, and won't even shop around for lodging. Staff were super friendly and helpful, but not intrusive, breakfast was simple but classy - and more than we expected.

If you want coffee before 8:30am, though, you'll have to walk down the block to Subway or Denny's for a to-go cup.

We give the Conch House heritage Inn thumbs up and would recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: The Caribbean or the upstairs unit in that building are a little more private. The Heritage Room is...
