As one reviewer said, there is no air conditioning so plan your visit accordingly. Lots of great history and quite an ecletic collection.
More informational signage or printed guide book would be of great help. A separate area for exhibits under repair or broken items might be a good idea. Looks like this would be a great place for volunteers to assist and donate time to a worthy cause.
The fort is a great setting for a museum, however, the signage and electrical conduits take away from what might be great photo opportunities. Donated landscaping would be a great addition, also. Please support your local museums.
