“Nice tour”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

Four in our party for this tour. Went all the way to the top, great views of the city and water. Interesting info in the lighthouse keepers museum portion including informational video.

“Worth the climb...”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

Pair it with the Hemingway House across the street. The museum on the grounds is worth a look too, photo opps on the grounds, lighthouse is a long climb to the top, windows on the climb so there is good air flow (not hot inside). The views from the top are breathtaking! Going back down is much easier.

“Don't miss”
Reviewed June 9, 2013 via mobile

Worth it for the view alone. Even though it is not guided, the museum is well set up so you can learn all about the history.

“If you're a lighthouse fan, go.”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Otherwise, there is not much here except the entertaining statues on the grounds. This is not a very tall light house and there is a good view from the top but access is not limited so you could potentially get up to the top and have to wait for someone to go down before you can get out on the walkway.

“Nice setting, worth the visit”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

As a fan of lighthouses, this is tops. I have taken many photos of the lighthouse and been to the top several times. The Keeper's Quarters provides an interesting look at history.
