Amazing staff, room, pool and location! Our only disappointment was the "spa". More like a room with an inexperienced masseuse. But the rest of the resort made up for the disappointing spa experience. Definitely, THE place to stay in Key West!

This is the gem of Key West. It is located at 0 duval street and our room over looks the ocean and mallorey square. We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony.
The rooms are just fabulous.
From check in to check out everything was great. Valet service for the vehicle and never needed it again until we left. Everything is within walking distance.
I would never stay anywhere else.

My husband and I stayed 2-2-07/2-7-07. Check in was fine. The location was great, right on Mallory Square. The room was adequate, nothing special. We had a one bedroom suite. TV in the living room was set in a cupboard with very limited visibility and was approx. 15 inches.. TV in the bedroom was set higher in an armoire but was the same very small size. TV also shut itself off intermittently. The room was VERY noisy. We could hear normal conversation in the room next door. Evidentally, the balcony of the room above us was over our bedroom. We heard furniture being dragged around almost constantly. Basically, the rooms were poorly designed as no exterior noise was muffled.

The bed was great! I liked very much that the first day, we were left a card to indicate preferred time for housekeeping.

We enjoyed the proximity to all the activities of Key West.

It was a good time. Hotel was adequate but not special.

This is the place to stay because it has everything you would want in a hotel.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you find good restaurants and good places to visit.

It's in a perfect location.. you're far enough away from the noise of the main street, yet you are close enough to walk to the night life.

The sunset celebration is just a short few blocks away.

The pool is crystal clean (but too small if you're a lap swimmer like me)... never-the-less, it is a great place to sip a drink and be waited on hand and foot by the pool staff. We tipped generously because the staff was so outstanding.

We had an ocean front room... and the sunsets are just, indescribable. Definately worth the extra money for an ocean front room. The cruise ships dock nearby as well.

The room was great. It was huge... with cathedral ceilings. We also had an oversized jacuzzi tub.

Each day, the maid would make up your room and leave a seashell on your bed. That was a nice touch, and a lot less fattening than a chocolate!

I highly recommend this hotel and would definately go back.

This resort has it all!! Perfect location - gorgeous sunsets and right next to all the nightime fun of Mallory Square. Great restaurants! Excellent views. Only downside - cruise ships often block gorgeous view, but, turn the other way!! ..... We were upgraded at check-in w/ no additional charge - be sureeeeeee to ask, worst thing they can say is no :o) .......... You can't go WRONG and we are such picky travelers ......... great spa across the street!
