It's hard to find a hotel with three beds in a room for less than $300 per night total in Key West, but we found one at Sheraton Suites. It wasn't a huge room, but large enough and well-laid-out.There were a few problems - our fridge didn't work, which we didn't realize until too late in our stay to tell management; the ice machine nearest to us didn't work; and the shuttle running every half hour to downtown was rather small and filled up quickly - we wound up taking our car. But everything else was fine and we enjoyed being there. If it hadn't been raining when we were there, I'm sure we'd have enjoyed the beautiful beach across the street, too. It was a short drive to downtown or, the other way, to various chain stores/restaurants. Good experience overall.
