Southpoint are right on point with their professionalism and knowledge. Having just completed a deep dive on a wreck in Key Largo the day before with what I considered a very good dive boat operation, Southpoint proved me wrong by going one (maybe even 2) steps better. I was really impressed with the descent line, hooka and swim line set up. Descent, ascent and safety stops were a breeze. The DM's knowledge of the Vandenberg wreck was impressive and allowed us to get the most out of our dives for a wreck/artificial reef that we have never dove before. The Captain kept the proper tabs on all divers and was full of knowledge that is only gained from experience. In short.... Southpoint rocks!!! Will dive again with this folks any day, any time!

We went to the office of South Point Divers in December, to dive with them to Vandenberg. We were asked if we would like to have nitrox for our dives, yes please, as the depth was optimal for it. It costed about 64 dollars for 4 tanks. Then it was a bit of a surprise, when we were told at the briefing that the max dive time would be only 17min. What? Why did no one told this at the diving center in the office? We were really disappointed for this. We actually paid for nothing. As I told my opinion to the Divemaster on board, he just told that "yes, this is why you get to do a second dive, we do not do any technical diving here". At what point it turns to be a tech dive, if we dive with out thirds of gas supply, with the bottom time that nitrox gives? Nobody answered our feedback that I wrote to them.

Captain Mike and diver Henry are top notch, making for an unbelievable diving adventure. Booked dive trip over the phone with two other friends(all coming from New York City) and not one problem. Dive boat(Phoenix) and all gear in great shape. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great day of diving( the USS Vandenberg is a MUST dive), will definetly use South Point Divers again

Had a fabulous time diving with Southpoint Divers on while in Key West. My husband and I went to Key West to get our Advanced Open Water Diver certifications, which we did through SouthPoint Divers. We had been diving with Southpoint before, and had a good time diving the Wreck of the Cayman. The boat and the crew are first rate. Our instructor, Henry, took us on exciting dives on the Vandenberg while ensuring we had the skills to pass the Open Water certification. Thanks Henry for a great time diving!!!

This is a company that obviously has too many customers to care about the ones they have with them, the next batch will fill the void of the ones that will NEVER come back. This is a case of location is EVERYTHING.

The captain is rude at best, they should be careful planning dives for certified divers (that makes you VERY liable if there is ANY injuries), but most of all make sure they are going to do the dives you PAID for. I would NEVER recommend this company! Fortunately there are MANY options in Key West....
