“Don't bother to reserve a sail”
Reviewed March 5, 2013

Booked our sunset wedding a few months in advance only to have the Captain call back several weeks later to cancel our reservation for a longer sail (more $$ for him) with someone else. We did get our deposit back but very poor business practice in my opinion. Reservation apparently are meaningless to the Restless Native.

I would like to apologize to you. We made a bad decision.

This was an extremely difficult decision to make but it shouldn't have been. We were transitioning from a strictly daysail and sunset sail company to an overnight charter and we double booked. I can't make any excuses for this, it should never have happened.

Please accept my sincere apologies and if you would like to contact me directly you may at Drew@restlessnative.com. I know nothing we could do will make up for this but I would like to try.

Warmest regards,
Drew

“Incredible Stay and Sail Aboard Aria”
Reviewed November 29, 2012

We had the chance to live aboard Aria for 3 nights in Key West, which was the perfect cap to a Florida vacation. This gorgeous 42 foot Catamaran is docked at Margaret Street docks, which put us walking distance to Duval, and more importantly, right next to several of the best local seafood spots on the island. The highlight was our afternoon snorkel and sunset expedition with Capt Mark at the helm. He couldn't have been more relaxed and helpful... I can't wait to find the occasion to book a return and continue to explore the Keys aboard Aria.

“Great day with Mark on Aria”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

Delightful day sail out of Key West. Mark is an easy going and experienced captain. Great stories. Aria is a beautiful Lagoon 42 catamaran--room for six. Next time we will arrange a sail/dive trip to Dry Tortugas. Surprisingly the resort concierge did not know about this daysail. Thanks Mark.

“Great place for a wedding...”
Reviewed July 28, 2012

Capt. Mark and Mate Erin (first timer she said) did an excellent job in accommodating our wedding. The only bummer was not being able to have the wedding at sea as we hoped because of high gusts, so we did at dock, at least we had more friends attend that way. But as I said Capt. Mark was very professional and courteous as was Mate Erin.... the shrimp on the Barbie was excellent(could've eat'in a dozen more!) with plenty of refreshments. We sailed shortly after the wedding for a sunset cruise and it was a blast! Everyone had a time to remember...I know I will! Me and my wife stayed the night on the boat and was very comfortable and relaxing playing my music over the sound system, laying on the bow looking at the stars...Even the storm later that night was soothing on the Cat! If you're trying to decide what boat to try...Capt. Mark won't dissapoint.

“Fantastic voyage”
Reviewed May 7, 2012

Captain Mark and Mate Katie made our, although short sunset cruise, nothing short of elegant. The vessel was spotless, thanks to the meticulous care of Mate Katie and the shrimp on the barbie was grilled to perfection by Capt Mark. The whole evening was far better than we had anticipated. We needed to get out of the hotel and out on the water, we are boaters by nature, and were landsick. The intent of this cruise was to experience this vessel as we are contemplating the purchase of a similar vessel, and wanted to experience it before investing $500,000. There was no sunset to speak of that evening, but it did not matter thanks to Capt Mark's knowledge of sailing, the vessel, the area of sail and his candor. The wonderfully prepared platter of strawberries, cheese and pate was tollally unexpected and then there was the wine. We highly recommend this crew, and would relish the opportunity to sail with them again. We could have paid a lesser price to sail on a sardine-packed mono-hull or screeming party animals on a "cattle-maran", that wasn't even sailing it had a reefed sail; while under power; this is not our style. This boat and crew are well worth the money.
