“Duval Street”

You cant go to Key West and not go to Duval Street. We spent most of our time walking Duval Street. There are so many neat shops, restuarants, and bars. Lots of fun.

“Brassy but a must”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

Horendously loud and touristy, but you simply have to walk the whole street. Highly recommended at night when the noise gets even louder. But the lights are bright and the town is on fire with fun. Laugh your way along stopping at at least these two places- Sloppy Joe's (Ernest Hemingway's hang-out) and Kilams Ice cream. Hunt hard between the stacks and stacks of T-shirts and you'll find a not-too-tacky souvenir to take home.

“Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

The food was as great as the Drinks. However, the service was even better. Great atmosphere!!! The nice thing was it was while Jimmy was away on tour. Well worth the time and money.

“Interesting, Colorful Street”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

Duval Street is the main business street of Key West. It is full of interesting shops, and places to eat. It is a very colorful place, full of Victorian buildings. Most likely, if you visit Key West, Duval Street is where you will eat, or drink.

“It all depends on what YOU think fun is...”
Reviewed February 28, 2013

I am 51 years old but I like to party and drink a little. NOT a lot, but a little. For this reason and love it and hate it. People will be drinking at all hours of the day and night. I usually like this environment unless I am not drinking. Then, I don't go to Duval Street. It is a party atmosphere with lots of drinking and sexual content. It is not for kids or teens. If you are looking to do some excellent people watching, have a burger and some drinks while dancing to all the different bands and bars, then by all means, don't miss this place!
