The food is always wonderful, and the service is definitely more than a cut above typical hotel dining. The beef is never less than excellent, the lamb was cooked exactly as ordered, and the fish special (cobia) truly delightful. I would go just for the Havana Banana dessert - okay, it's a fancy banana split, but a banana split all dressed up & ready to boogie!
A recent renovation has made available dining space with a more intimate feel and better acoustics - less ambient noise but with the live music from the bar piped in: a thoroughly delightful reworking of the space!
The ongoing roadwork may make getting there a challenge, but it's completely worth it!
