What I liked most of the property is that it felt very tropical. Loved the fact that it had four swimming pools and it was conveniently located near stores. Not near Duval, but an easy cab ride or bike ride. When we arrived the upstairs bedroom was locked and needed to be cleaned and you had to keep the closet door open to feel the air conditioner. The resort smelt a little musty to me, hence the four stars. But I would stay again.

We were very impressed with this resort. We were hoping that the pictures were accurate and they were! It was everything we were expecting and more. It was quiet and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. The staff is very friendly as well. It was paradise we did not want to leave!

Room Tip: The whole place is beautiful, but if you want to see the sunset from your room go with the ocean vie...

This was my first trip to Key West and we stayed at the newly-opened Parrot Key Resort. It was such a pleasure to stay at someplace that was so clean and new. The staff was very nice and always very helpful. They have 4 pools and 1 tiki bar. The atmosphere is lush and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only negative is that it is not right in town, but it only took us a few minutes to get to town and back, even with on-going road construction. It was a nice and relaxing experience and the price was certainly right.

Had a wonderful stay at Parrot Key. The landscaping surrounding the grounds and the 4 pools is beautiful and very secluded. We stayed four days in room 49B and the room was very nice, spacious, clean and had a nice Gulf view. The front desk staff was wonderful especially Rutanya & Oriana. They went out of their way to make our stay worry free, and assisted us promptly when we had questions about different activities etc...We will definitely come back and look forward to our next visit at Parrot Key.

Room Tip: 49B great room

We spent top dollar for this experience and while we had "waterfront" room it was on a small boat canal. We did have a sandy beach outside of our room. For the room: the beds were comfortable however there is no table in the room so we had to use one of the beds for that, also the bathroom was very tiny and crowded....not enough room for women's cosmetics. The pools were beautiful but we never got to use them because they are open/closed at weird hours. There is a coffee pot in the room and there is a very small refrigerator. The front desk was friendly, there is no bell service so shlepping luggage is up to you, and shlepp you will because the parking is not near your room and it may not even be on the property because they do not have enough spaces so it is suggested that you park in the CVS parking lot next door. AND you are still a 15 minute drive to Duvall Street. Ahmm jes saying...

When we arrived to this resort, we arrive hours earlier. Inmedietly we went to the front desk an Mrs. Rutanya greeted us we a warm and a big smile. I asked her that if we could have early check in and she immediately look forward for our accomodation. Is 1:30pm ok for you? She replies, I said yessss. We went to visit the old key west and at 1 pm we received a phone call from her that our room was ready. For our surprise it was this beautiful suite in front of the pool. Easy access to everything. I really appreciated her time and interest in taking us into consideration. That's what I call a great customer service.

Room Tip: Ask for Rutanya.

Arrived here after a 6 hour drive to be greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk, who gave us a fantastic 1bedroomed suite, overlooking the sea as I said it was just like the pictures on the website. Bright, light and Airey, it was very clean with everything you could need to make it a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend and we will be back again xx

Room Tip: Beach front rooms have a fantastic view and are very quiet.
