We stayed at this hotel for one night only but would have been more than happy to stay longer. Very friendly staff throughout whole complex. Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Lovely heated pool. Adequate parking. Only slight downside was that the hotel is a good 40 minute walk into town so use your car if you have one. Would be very happy to stay there again.

We shared a 2-bedroom suite with friends which worked perfectly. It was nice to sit and visit after dinner rather than going off to separate motel rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. With the townhouse set-up, it was a bit of a challenge carrying luggage upstairs for a one night stay. We were in a handicapped accessible room which had an elevator, but we weren't sure how to use it. For some reason, our room didn't have chairs out on the decks, which was a little disappointing. The swimming pools were beautiful and felt very secluded with all of the shrubbery (although we didn't use them.) We didn't use the breakfast facility so can't comment on that.

Excellent hotel, very clean, with great service. Pool areas are very nice and have a secluded and private feel. A little out of the way, pretty long walk ,but short taxi ride to Duval. We would absolutely stay at this hotel in the future.

Recently stayed here for a week. Disappointing to say the least. No restaurant, no on site laundry facilities. Booked a waterfront king room, rendering implied access to water. You get a water view unless you book a jet ski tour. No beach access. Was informed we were upgraded to a suite. Okay until you realize you have at least 14 stairs to your suite with no help with suitcases. 146 rooms with about 50 parking spots. You can use the Walgreens lot next door. Nice hike to your room. Rooms done around 3 pm. Will be back to Key West, not here.

We stayed here begininning of December 2012. Beautiful clean rooms and resort. We had a room on the bottom level which had a lovely back porch featuring muskoka chairs. $ pools which were nice and warm. We used the gym and it was functional.
Resort was next door to a super markey and liquor store. Very convenient for in room snacks. Was a bit far from the down town but if you took advantage of a hop on off tour one of the stops is a hotel approx. a block away. Only complaint was the ongoing construction going on the street out front. Taxi cab driver said it wouldnt be finished for a few years.
Highly recommended, especially for the price!!

We had a 2 night stop. Resort is lovely, very clean. Rooms are comfortable with a sitting area and balconies front and rear. There is a small fridge, Microwave, coffee maker and coffee, sugar, creamer.

4 private pool areas with background music creates a nice laid back feel. I was also disappointed with bar serving everything on plastic.

There's a $25 resort fee for which the obvious benefit is a pool towel (whoop de doo!), be prepared to pay for anything else. I'd recommend the jet ski tour from the resort, really good fun. Hard work but entertaining.

Taxis are $4 per person into Duval Street/Malory square, nightlife is busy and has a good vibe. Be prepared to get in line to visit the most southerly point in USA.

Love the place. Will be back but will definitely look at the resorts closer to Duval. Having said that, don't be deterred from booking Parrot Key it is a pretty class act if rate is right for you.

No parking told to park in walgreens - the most artificial nice () staff we came across in america - bar poured cocktails but had no idea in measures so tasted appaling - food was probably better in mcdonalds - four pools all surrounded by trees so in shade a lot of time moving hotel after one night bed the worst so far an we ate traveling america and so noisy when u move on it i suspect it will fall apart at some stage and a window above the external door so you cant sleep as light coming through do yourself a favour an choose a different hotel that appreciates your custom as they dont appear to
