Beautiful hotel and location. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they put fresh ice in our rooms each day.Our room was up graded the honeymoon room. We loved our time there and can't wait to go back. It's the place was truly paradise. My husband enjoyed fishing on the edge of the sea.

Arrving at the hotel, you will find a hotel that have all the confort and decor expected of a hotel situated by the Ocean. We stayed at one of the apartments in the lower floor, wich have a two bedroom, two bathroom, big living rooom with a big and confortable sofa bed, kitchen, and porch.
the hotel is sorrounded by sand and palms with homocks and a breckfast tiki-bar, where you can enjoy fresh Orange juice and pastries every morning. The hotel also have a pool and a dock, where you can jump in the water or just plain Crab fishing, wich I took advantage, getting one for a later supper. There is also a barbecue where you can cook a Pork, or simply enjoy the catch of the day while having a glass of wine. The hotel is close to beaches, restaurants, bars and everything the you might need in your vacation. I had a great vacation and a most needed rest. Can not wait to go back.

We really loved this hotel and we've stayed in a few different places on Key Largo. We would definitely stay there again. The furnishings were really lovely and the view was beautiful. We slept so well there that we've ordered the pillows for our beds at home! They have hammocks and comfy chairs outside along with a simple but thoughtful continental breakfast which was just a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even gave some great activity and dining recommendations.
The only problems were that we seemed to have a sugar ant problem in our suite but the manager came over herself to clean it up which it mostly did (not entirely but, it is Florida) and the internet wasn't working while we were there.

Great place. Very private and very helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and spotless. If you love the Keys, this is a perfect spot. We went for a wedding reception and it was so great, I changed my plans and stayed a few extra days.

Room Tip: I saw a few rooms and all looked great. We had 3 people and had plenty of room.

I love coming down to the Keys for more than a decade. It is a paradise to be. If you desire quiet, cozy place with incredible sunsets, I would highly recommend this resort. Very friendly hospitable staff. Thumbs up for CPI :-)

I’ve been visiting the Florida Keys since 1960. Many things have changed since then, but I still love the Keys.

Not long ago my husband and I stayed at the Coconut Palm Inn on Tavernier. I highly recommend the Coconut Palm for the real flavor of the Florida Keys. Even though it’s only about an hour south of Miami and two blocks off U.S.1, it feels like you’ve traveled back in time to Old Florida.

Maybe twenty-something rooms, no buildings more than two floors, all the rooms facing the bay. Our room had a charming patio, others had a porch. There’s a pool or you can swim in the bay.

We saw fellows netting shrimp from the shore adjacent to the property. A two minute walk away, there’s a Cuban coffee shop: order a caffecito and a pastry stuffed with guava.

Lawn chairs under the palms. Hammocks strung between palm trees. Our room was clean and comfortable and although we didn’t spend much time in our room, the siestas under the ceiling fan, with the breeze off the bay, were heavenly.

I don’t want to mislead anyone. This is not the Palm Beach Ritz Carlton, not the Fountainbleau on Miami Beach, not a super-luxurious hotel. But if you want a Florida experience, close to swimming, fishing, diving, I think you will enjoy your stay at the Coconut Palm.

Room Tip: Think about if you want easier beach access on the ground floor or if you prefer the night sky and b...

We chose the Coconut Palm Inn for our children's 'destination wedding.' Wow! What a good choice! The inn is a true Keys gem. The service was so hospitable, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the ambiance was just what we hoped for . Our guests told us it was the best party ever. Kudos to Katherine and Dana and the staff.
