a great hotel with good location for either a weekend away or as a stop off point .
The hotel staff were quick , friendly and very helpful from the reception staff to the cleaners and everyone in between.
The rooms are clean and well appointed ( although ours did have a smell to it that was either stale cigarette or damp AC ) , there is a small sandy area with sunbeds , chairs etc and access to the water from a small beach. There is a pool and a Tiki bar where Don holds court unless Mango the parrot decides he's going to be in charge .
If you are missing your pets and the parrot doesn't do it for you there are always the giant iguanas which roam around the car park and a manatee ( although we didn't get to see it )
There are plenty of restaurants around in walking distance if you want a drink and the breakfast is ok as a starter for the dayMore
