I have been to this hotel 7 times at least and it is always great, I love going with our children for a wonderful Miami getaway without the crazy nightlife. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast terrace has an amazing view!!!

Just returned from three days at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. All in all, a solid Ritz Carlton experience. Very good facilities for a large off site business meeting - ballroom, conference and event facilities all quite good. Key Biscayne is nice, quiet. Good spot for a beach and pool getaway.

This was our second trip to this beautiful hotel. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The people here are truly the best in customer service. Everyone, and I mean everyone treats you like royalty! Of course there was champagne, roses on the bed, the chocolates they put on your bed at night! You just feel special the entire time of your stay. The food and service at the restaurants are great. The pools and beach are also great. You don't have to leave the property.Everything here is top-notch. The landscaping and hotel property are impeccable.I have to mention William Yahr, Executive Assisant Manager who went out of his way to make our trip special. We will return! Go and see this special place for yourself!

Room Tip: Any room here would be great!

This is our second visit to the Ritz Key Biscayne in recent years.

**We have small children so I will focus on that for this review**-- VERY family friendly and great service!!!

There have been some updates and renovations and I found the rooms to be in excellent condition- cleanliness, decor, etc (stayed in a King Exec Suite). The bathrooms, while updated, are a bit small (especially the shower). The most impressive update is the Club Level Lounge... they added a "family room" in the back. This is an amazing amenity and we used it every night (TV, Wii, art supplies, semi private, etc). The food service in the lounge was much more extensive that some other Ritz properties. The breakfast had a wide variety of food (hot and cold).

The service by the pool, Club Lounge (staff was excellent!) and restaurants were all Ritz quality. The front desk was great- check in was a breeze, room ready upon early arrival and specified room exactly as reserved. The grounds are well kept and we loved the sculptures around the property.

The zero entry pool is perfect for little ones plus the waterfall is a great feature. They also had kids activities by the pool daily- one day was a balloon artist, another was an artist doing caricatures- no fees (except gratuity). There is also an "adult pool" that we didn't visit. The location, beach accessibility and casual feel of this Ritz make it one of our favorites. We were always greeted warmly when we returned from our morning walk to the public park/playground about 1/4 mile walk from hotel. It was perfect for our kids- one of the nicest public playgrounds we've seen.

We dined at Cioppino one evening and found the food and service excellent. We also enjoyed a very lively band and professional dancers in the lobby area one evening. Looking forward to a return visit.

Spent our 37th anniversary and were treated to a great room on the Club Level. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast at good Italian restaurant on premises. Pool and beach are well kept and managed. Felt young again!
