Description: The cuisine at Novecento is a refined co-existence of Argentine, Mediterranean and Pan Latin cuisines heightened by French techniques, this style is perhaps best called NUEVO BISTRO. A comfort food restaurant catering first and foremost to the neighborhood clientele. Excellent food, good value and outstanding service create an atmosphere that is sure to become a regular hang-out. This sibling of the New York’s most welcoming meeting point, regardless of final destination is always Novecento. “MEET ME AT 900" Enjoy our Argentinean signature dishes, the typical Empanadas, Provoleta, Sweetbreads with a twist and flavorful grilled steaks. The menu is complimented by a great selection of wines and crafted cocktails. Bar bites also available.

“Good food and service”
Reviewed December 6, 2013

We went there about 7:30, before the late dinner crowd shuffled in, glad we had reservations, and enjoyed attentive service. It is cramped, especially for 2 people; our waiter could not stand between the tables to serve dinner or drinks without reaching over my husband. It runs the sports channels for international soccer and you must make allowances for the noise from enthusiastic patrons of ALL ages. We both enjoyed the wine and our meal, including dessert. Be prepared as this restaurant is following the newest trend in "mini" desserts--> portion sizes of desserts served in "shooter" or large shot glasses. Not limited to mousse or puddings, but also cake-like offerings. We would go back, but would ask to be seated in a less busy part of the house.

“Overpriced, Overpriced, Overpriced”
Reviewed December 1, 2013

This is a very popular restaurant in Key Biscayne. Definitively because options are limited. Every time I go menu is more expensive. Totally overpriced for the type and quality of fodd being served. Markup on wines is astronomical. Most wines are from Argentina, limited selection from other countries.Thinking about bringing your own wine? Forget it. They will charge you a hefty $29 corking fee per bottle. That is totally outrageous for this market.

Food is nothing to write home about, although not bad. Bartenders try to push "Special" drinks based on liquor promotions. Had the worst Cuba Libre ever with a Nicaraguan Rum they assured me was spectacular.

Next time I am going for a steak, I will go to PM in Brickell or Christie's in Coral Gables.

Will never go back to Novecento.

“Great restaurant”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

We really enjoyed our family meal here while staying at the Ritz. The service was great, although a little slow in bringing the entrees. The appetizer specials were particularly good as well as the gnocci. Fun atmosphere and lively area on the island.
