“Amazing cuisine”
Reviewed February 15, 2013

We opted for the chef's selection and it was fantastic, albeit pricey. The restaurant is truly elegant and the service impeccable. A real special occasion restaurant.

“Hands Down the Best”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

I've had a lot of food - at a LOT of places, this was the BEST. We did a blind adventure - chef's pick, four courses. The food, presentation, location, everything was perfect. They paired each course with a different wine, each better than the last. To this day they are my favorite vintages, they wrote them down for me and I still order them. Our table faced the water, very romantic. I can't wait to go back.

“The best dinner ever!”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

Salt is magnificent. Everything was well worth the high cost. We had the Chef's surprise which is a 5 course meal with wine pairing. Each course was perfect. It isn't something I'd do often but for a special occasion it can't be beat.

“Dinner at Salt”

Impeccable service and delicious food, we found nothing not to like about Salt. Fairly priced given the overall quality. We will return.

“Don't Waste Your Money and Definitely Don't Order the "Tasting Adventure"”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Salt touts its "five diamond" award. It should have 2 of its diamonds removed. We ordered the tasting adventure. The first course was a seared scallop dish which was unbelievable. But it went straight down hill from there. The chef followed it with snapper. (2 seafoods back to back on a tasting menu is a no no). The snapper was ok. Then came the worse course. Raw filet. It looked like hotel banquet food. One of my co-dinners sent it back. We all were so disappointed we decided to order a wauygu ribeye and mash potatoes to split. They overcooked the steak and served the potatoes cold. We sent the potatoes back and they still came back cold. We gave up at that point. This chef can't cook a steak. Don't waste your money. Eat off property.
