“The Best Park For Families With Children”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

Our friends and grandchildren often visit us in beautiful Florida. This is a great venue for families with small children with a small playground, shallow wading areas, low rocks for climbing, places to cook and shade. Parking can get a little tense during big holidays and too many cars. My usual dislike for any public beach are people who insist on bringing loud music for everyone to share.

“Good For the Family”
Reviewed June 12, 2013

One of the most secure beaches for children I've seen in the area. The beach is a tidal pool which is guarded from the rapid moving current of the Intracoastal Waterway.

“Ok for small children”
Reviewed June 7, 2013

I like to snorkel. It seems rare to get a good day there.I was just there and it is almost dead low. The water is too dirty and murky most of the time. Since the renovation, the bottom has so many peaks and valleys it's annoying. You can walk from knee deep to over your head - over and over. And the tide and temperature board is rarely updated. Today it was five days behind. There's too many rocks scattered all over. And they laid some grating on the bottom in front of the rocks to I don't know what purpose.

Otherwise its a nice place to sit and view the waterway and its nice for small children and cookouts.

“A great beach playground for young kids.”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

Dubois Park is a great beach and lagoon that offers small children the freedom to play on the life guarded beach or play in the lagoon in the back part of the park. The water is fed by the nearby Jupiter Inlet so it is constantly refreshed. Parking is limited so be sure to get there early on weekkends or holidays.

“A beautiful recreational area in Jupiter”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Dubois Park is right on the Jupiter Inlet between the intracoastal and the ocean and has a great view of the Jupiter Lighthouse. All facilities are free and the park has recently been completely refurbished. There are grills, picnic tables, a snorkeling lagoon, rest rooms and boat slips for day trippers. You can walk across a foot bridge to the fishing pier and the ocean beach as well as to a lagoon with gentle waters for the kids. All areas have life guards.
