Food is good. Waitress was great at taking the order. Went on a Tuesday night so restaurant was not crowded. There was 9 of us. One problem. They did not supply grating cheese for the pasta!! The waitress dissapeared when our food was served so there was no one to ask! Also, it would of been nice to have some water. They need to tweek their service up one notch.

“customer service lacking”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 7, 2013

Perhaps coming from the Treasure Coast we may be use to more of a hospitable atmosphere. First I will say the food was plentiful and tasteful. However, I had signed up on the website for their specials and promotions and at the time of the sign up there was a "click here" for a special coupon for buy one drink get one free. As with most places, all you have to do is show that coupon on your phone. We were denied as it was not printed out. I even wrote a personal note to Nicks stating that perhaps they need to make that very specific on the coupon that it must be printed. Like most of us today, we only work from our phones and printing is not always available. Again, we came with a large group and could spread the word outside of PBC, but not at this time....

“Are you kidding?”

How can you call tomatoes straight out of a can pasta sauce???? It really is amazing what passes for good Italian food in this town, people either have low expectations or have never had the real thing.

“Olive Garden Food, 4 Star Price”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2012

My wife and I moved to Jupiter 2 years ago and have heard how great this place was. The parking lot is always packed, so we figured it was time to give it a try. I am completely confused about this place. The food is bland and boring at best, and the service is mediocre. The pricing is completely out of line for what you get. $18 for alla vodka sauce and bow tie pasta. I would be fine with this, if the food tasted fresh and the pasta was home made. Tragically, the food tastes like someone ran over to Publix and picked up Bertolli sauce and a box of Publix pasta. I don't mind paying $18 for pasta, but it had better be good. Pizza is generic and the Chicken dish I had completely lacked any seasoning. I can not understand how this place is still in business. With several great local restaurants in Jupiter, this one is a big pass.
