We stayed in A2017 East for four weeks (May 2014)
Everything was as we wished for. It was clean and all appliances were in working order. I particularly appreciated the Wifi although the speed was a little slow.

Stayed here January 2014 for a week and enjoyed the stay. No, it's not quite a resort but felt very comfortable there. Depends on what you're looking for. After a day, we felt like it was our home. The unit we had was well kept, not modern but clean. We did not see any bugs or roaches. The pool area was very nice and the people there whether owners or renters were all very nice. This place is close to so much. Walking distance to the Publix shopping center was a bonus. Mr. Marrano, the property manager is very accommodating. We will be going back next January for a month and looking forward to getting out of the cold. You can pay triple the price if you want to be in a resort.

Room Tip: There is no fitness center. Wish there was. Buildings around the lake are the best. Ask for A,B,orC...

I have not stayed at these resorts yet I need some advise. I have read that all the condos are privately owned so some are not as updated as others. Any suggestions on which unit is nice? I saw on the lease they assigned E 104 West, has anyone stayed in that unit? It will be me and my husband staying? Please let me know if you have stayed in any 1 bedroom you liked that I can request.
Thanks!

We have just finished with a 2 week stay at Jupiter Bay. It is not a resort, yes it is just rental properties. They have 2 very nice pools and it is very close to the beach. They have a wonderful walking trail that is close by in Carlin Park. There is plenty of parking and parking spaces are nice and big.
We went to the office for a couple minor things and they were handled very professionally. When we arrived at our condo we saw "ant" traps but never saw one ant. Did not bother us as we have been renting in Florida for years and bugs are a problem especially on lower floors.
Our condo was great. We rented in Jupiter Bay East. We have reserved it already for next March. There is a Publix, numerous restaurants, movie theater, ice cream, etc. all which you can walk to. We had no problems with any other tenants or any owners who lived there. We went to both pools and liked them both. It is also very quiet. We were located by the elevator and never heard it. The 2nd week we were there it was quite a bit busier, but never noticed any noise. If you want a nice relaxing vacation I would not hesitate to stay here. It is a very nice place and Jupiter is a great area.

There is no nice way to say it - Jupiter Bay Resort/Condo is a dump. Upon our arrival these are just a few things my wife and I experienced.

Bugs - we had to call management numerous times because of cockroaches and ants in the kitchen. Finally, when they did send someone over to exterminate, the concentration of pesticide was so powerful - it made us nauseous and lasted for days.

Noise - They were repairing the whole conner of the building because of corroded rebar. For days on end we heard the sound of a jackhammer. We called the office, and Margaret, the receptionist said, “you can’t complain, you’re only renters.” Next - there is a sports bar about a hundred feet away and when the owner is not working on the place in the day, the people who frequent the Sports Bar are screaming at the TV, watching football or any sports that may be on at the time.

The Pool - On several occasions we went to use the pool and it was closed do to maintenance. When the pool was open, it is usually occupied by the drunks from the bar next door. Have you ever visited Niagara Fall? If not, no need to look further. When the neighbors flush the toilet and you live on the lower floors... Welcome to Niagara!

Patio - The screens on the patio were so ripped, we never used it was infested with lizards. We’ve complained numerous times and nothing was ever done.

The toaster and DVD player were broken and the owner was not liable as per contract and never fixed anything.

Most of the people who own these Condos rent them, probably because they are unsuitable to live in. In fact, they are no restrictions on rentals - you can rent for the 3 days, three weeks, 3 months. If you are looking for a cheap vacation or dumpy rental, then this is the place. For those of you looking for a decent getaway - you should think hard and long before committing to this dump. Just in case some people who might think we were just unlucky, think again. There are endless repairs being done to this very old community on a daily basis.

We rented a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment A207 for the month of May 2012.
A207 is situated on the first (European) floor of one of the blocks of Jupiter Bay closer to the Heart Trail and the Ocean. The other part of Jupiter Bay consists of apartments around the lake. As has been said before there are many apartments of varying degrees of interior quality but A207 was first class. The furnishings, electrical equipment, kitchen and bathrooms were new or nearly new. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything necessary to cook and serve full meals and had all the small electrical appliances you could wish for. My wife and I could not fault A207.
The apartment was about 200 meters from a superb pool for the exclusive use of residents. At this time of year it was like having our own pool as we rarely shared the pool with other residents.
Close by is a large Publix supermarket, a Cinema and many other shops and restaurants.
Jupiter Bay is perfectly situated a short distance from the Ocean and is only a little over fifteen minute drive from the Luxury Gardens shopping Mall.
We booked through Peter Maranno (marranop@aol.com)(+5615441949) who has an office very close by and looks after a number of apartments.
We had originally booked C308 which I had inspected in 2011 but due to a technical problem this apartment became unavailable only days before our arrival. However the transfer to an apartment equal in quality was handled expertly and seamlessly by Peter.
We look forward to returning to Jupiter Bay.
