Our Daughter gave us a gift certificate and when we presented it to the cashier for payment, they would not accept it. We spoke with the Manager on Duty and she told us that the restaurant had "changed" their gift certificates and they no longer would accept the older gift certificates. We had $49 remaining so asked for the $49 in cash refund and she said "NO". Their current gift certificate program is now a card (like credit card) and not paper. We checked the "new system" and there is no expiration date on that either. So people, beware, they'll keep your unused value of four gift certificate whenever they feel like "changing" their gift card system. I only wonder how many hundred's, perhaps, thousands of $$$$ they scammed. A reputable business ALWAYS honors their gift certificates. Please don't purchase gifts for others from this restaurant because they will find a way to keep your $$.
