We are traveling down south for a much needed doctor visit for my child's scoliosis.
Due to his severe disability we were in a rush to find a place that could accommodate to his needs and was located close to the doctor
The staff was amazing with our non profit and accommodated to my sons every need even offering a guest roll in bed for our oldest son.
The pool was easy to get in with my son and the room is wide enough for his wheelchair and equipment (most hotels say they are and never are quite handicapped accessible.)
We were greeted by a really enthusiastic manager Andrea who welcomed us and was super helpful getting us settled
The room is super clean and updated with above average carpet.
I always appreciate a staff that is down to earth and not snooty. It made us feel less like a spectacular as we sometimes feel with all the equipment and mobility items my youngest son needs.
Right now we are sitting on our back porch which is also large enough for the wheelchair.
Super glad our non profit found this amazing place and will definitely recommend to other families traveling to this area with disabled families
A+ in my opinion and will be sendingthe staff a certificate of appreciation for their wonderful hohospitality.
Thank you Dominic you are awesome!More
