You can never go wrong with a delicious soup and salad combination. Great choice! I'm glad you enjoyed everything. If you're ever back this way, we'd love to see you again so you can try some of our other popular menu items. Thanks for the very kind review!

“Local beachy breakfast”
Reviewed December 30, 2012 via mobile

I hadn't been to this local spot in awhile. It's only about a block from the beach and is right next to the CVS, at the northeast corner of Donald Ross and US 1. This is a popular spot on the weekend so anticipate a wait at peak times like breakfast. Their website says that this casual place was rated excellent by Zagat from 2004 to 2010. We had lunch and waited for about 15 minutes. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us several times. We were a large group and the food all came out at the same time - a good sign. The food overall was above average but, I will try more unique dishes next time. The crispy grouper Reuben sandwich was a hit; the grouper was fried (which is a common dish) with coleslaw on a marbled bread. I had an 'okay' lobster and corn quiche, served with a potato salad that tasted home made. Other notables were the cream of mushroom soup and the grilled dolphin sandwich.
Prices were reasonable with most of the dishes from $10-$12 for lunch.

“So fab!!”
Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

We stumbled upon this place when my mom was having medical treatments in Jupiter. At the end of a strip mall, lack of parking, somewhat nondescript and an absolute GEM!! Not to be missed!! We now go every week for lunch, it's crowded and understandably so--this is what a cafe SHOULD BE! Everything is delicious, homemade and creative. The staff is friendly and attentive--top notch. The chef has obvious passion and the manager or owner has superb top down management and it shows. A+++

Wow! Thanks for the very complimentary review. I'm pleased to hear that you two stumbled upon our cafe, and it's especially great to know that the first experience encouraged you to have weekly lunch visits here. We couldn't ask for a better compliment than that. I truly appreciate the kind words, and you can bet we'll keep up the great work. See you soon!

“Who would think”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

In a strip mall on Rt 1 with a few tables outside you would find such good food and friendly service. We discovered them several years ago and they have become our most frequently visited restaurant while in Florida. A great choice for breakfast, lunch, or diner.

“Great place to eat and will not blow over your pocketbook!!”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

Consistently good service, food choices! A favorite for breakfast but the luncheon and dinner menus are equally able to offer a wide variety, healthy alternatives, favorable pricing and service has always been excellent. If you become a regular the staff knows you and greets you. Not a high toned atmosphere, comfortable, beachy feel. Yes, dogs are allowed at outside tables and for the most part their owners see that they behave.

Best to go early for breakfast on a weekend or a bit of a wait in line will occur. Always a good place to look forward to each season.
