The bar area has a fantastic view of the Indian River and the service we had for lunch was excellent--I believe the bartenders name was Tracy. TV's had games on, but no audio, which means it does not take away from the great, casual atmostphere. Just had appetizers--the shrimp cocktail is excellent--and a drink, but it was perfect for us.

We recently spent a week on vacation in the Hutchinson Island/Stuart/Jensen Beach area. We went to the better restaurants in the area each night - none of the restaurants in the area were 'great' - but the Dolphin was in the top two of those we visited. Great views, great drinks and the Oriental Tuna was definitely my favorite entree of the week. Other restaurants we visited included The Landings, Pietro's, Sailor's Return, Riverwalk Cafe and CrawDaddy's. Dolphin didn't seem rated as highly as most of these others, but we really enjoyed it!

If you are in the Jensen Beach Florida area you might consider stopping in at this restaurant for some great Florida atmosphere. The bar is excellent and looks out on the Indian River which provides a great Florida view. The restaurant use to be called the Outrigger when is was established by Frances Langford who entertained America’s fighting forces during WW II.
Fun place.

Our second time in three weeks with rotten spoiled food. I came in with my husband and two children to enjoy the view. Unfortunately the Board of Health needs to spend some time figuring out what is going on here. The cold food was room temperature and the marinated mushrooms "bubbled" when putting them in my mouth. The kitchen person took them away and brought out new ones. This is the second time in a row we have encountered spoiled food. Both times after informing the waiter nothing was done and Management did not care as the made no attempt to approach. We dine out five nights a week and I can tell you this restaurant will not be around much longer. We will be contacting the board of health as this restaurant is going to end up getting someone very sick. Avoid this place at all costs......
