I have stayed at this Hampton Inn more than 20 times and for the most part all has been fine. On 2 of the times however I have shown up with a "guaranteed " reservation only to be told that there were no rooms. In each instance they sent me to another Hilton family hotel more than 6 miles away . It appears that the management has an overbooking policy and a guarantee only applies to you and not them. I have been waiting for a response from management from my most recent experience for a week now . They apparently don't view this as a big deal.

Our stay was just wonderful. Upon our arrival in the parking lot, the outside was beautiful. The lobby was very spacious. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the breakfast crew. And what a breakfast. we were prepared to go out for breakfast but after the breakfast at hampton there was no need. The breakfast was wonderful. My son enjoyed the cookies that were put out in the evening. our room was spacious. My son called his grandma and grandpa and told them he was living in a fancy place. We asked where to get some good seafood and one of the front desk associate recommended we visit parson for good seafood. She was right. No complaints here. Like i said everything was wonderful. We are already planning on coming back next year.My husband and my son turned in early one day and i walked next door and got some shopping in. Once again everything was wonderful.

We were a little hesitant at the price to be outside of walking distance to the beach, but overall we were pleased with the accommodations here.

We stayed for five nights, and when we checked in the front desk staff was kind enough to change our room to one with a microwave and fridge for no extra charge. In cooler weather, it's walking distance from Publix and Target, so we saved money on meals this way. Also, the daily breakfast exceeded our expectations, with boxed breakfasts available if you have no time to eat in.

Parking was free and convenient. The pool was wedged in between the parking lot and the building, though. The nearby shopping center was helpful; check out the World Market for a sweet selection of international beer and snacks. The lobby was large and comfortable, a nice place to spend a few minutes relaxing in the AC before venturing out!

This is a nice, Clean hotel for the money with a breakfast included, which wasn't half bad. The location is right off A1A and has several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Hotel staff was exceptionally polite and courteous.
