We loved out unit 304-had very +ve interactions with the owner of this unit. Well appointed kitchen was awesome. Clean, and ideal location . Only -ves were related to the actual property and had to do with issues of property security that the condo board needs to attend to. We caught trespassers using the pool, poolside washrooms, and parking lot on SEVERAL occasions. The fence gate from the beach to our property did not have a lock so anyone could simply and easily walk onto the grounds , thru to the pool and use washrooms. We discussed this with the property manager and we were told that when gate had been locked in the past , tenants kept loosing their keys, so they took it off??!! Gas grill very small and needs updating.
