The guacamole was freshly made and delicious, but the Mango sorbet was the best sorbet we've ever encountered. Also, the owner was pet friendly and the outdoor table area was shaded and clean. Great little place.

This is an awesome little place! It has by far the best Cuban sandwiches in the area... Having lived in Tampa for 8+yrs never had such great sandwich. Good price, good portion, good ice cream, great beach shack! Definately a place to go out of you way to try.

We first tasted their cuban sandwich at the IRB taste of the beaches....well, we were hooked. We have been there many times since and are never disappointed.

We found this joint by reviews. We honestly wouldn't have stopped for lunch otherwise.

It's like they say, don't judge the book (place) by it's cover. The food here is very good! Portions enough to be full. We had tacos and crab cakes.

It is tiny and the outdoor seating is somehow cool, even if it is shabby. Sit on the backside, not frontside by the street.

Don't eat here if you tend to be anxious when things are slow! Like the sign says "Chill out, it takes time to prepare your meal". Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for the fast food... (the guy preparing the meals, really takes his time! Really.)

They call your name in speakers when your meal is ready, but it is awfully hard to hear what name they call, at least if you are seated by the road. Especially since you have to wait a long time, you eventually believe every call is for you.

They are famous for their Cuban sandwiches, didn't try them though.

Doesn't accept AMEX.

We heard about this place from a friend of my wife. We almost missed it the first time around as it is just a little house on the main road. The ice cream was great as was the service. They serve food but we did not order any so we can't report on that. The only negative which should be addressed was the bathrooms. My wife went to use the bathroom and came right back out. The smell was so bad that she literally almost vomited and when I smelled it afterward it nauseated me as well. I would not let this deter me from coming again but hope that the owner will see this review and take care of this.
