All im saying here is this,, I have NEVER seen anyone with authority "check the cards"..
The indians pay off the state, and the state stays out of the casinos.
As a florida tax payer, I feel the state should police the indians..
I surely wouldnt mind a 5 minute delay for an inspector to check the cards..
When I see 20 or 30 non picture cards pop up in a row, it gives me a bad feeling about the
fairness of the game. When it comes to validation, either on election day or at a casino, Florida
is way behind the 8 ball.
