Can't wait to get back to Visitana! We visited for the first time in May and it was fantastic! We loved it so much we are returning in August. We hope to be able to stay in room 407, as this would be the same unit we stayed in the last time. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. The views are spectacular. It is really a place where you can unwind and relax.

As you wrote, the rooms are spacious and have spectacular views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. See you soon and thanks again for posting your feedback on Trip Advisor.

This is a beautiful beach front property. I actually attended many times growing up. Unfortunately, on my last visit back, this property has suffered from being a bit understaffed and very visibly apart from the standards of the former Sheraton Resort and now just Vistana Beach Club. Great family stay vacation. The newer building is much nicer, the views are impeccable anywhere. Don't arrive early for your check in time, everyone wants to stay longer than their time and housekeeping has their work cut out for them.

Front desk staff is quite busy to concentrate on their customers and don't seem professionally polished in their approach as much as the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando or just at all. They come off rude and abrupt, there are just ways that they do things in that part of Florida, it seems, so Northerners may have a tough time adjusting. One in particular is extremely rude and abrupt to the customers, in person and over the phone. We had a family reunion and as our family was leaving we got locked out of our room, laughing all the way down in the elevator at 11pm warranted the maintenance guy to stop us at the front of the elevator and say " it's quite time now, it's 11, I can hear you all the way up on your floor" with his voice raised and hands all the way up in the air. The children got scared and just scurried off; we also overheard the front desk staff mention, that something was scary referring to us. Again, not very pleasant and they come off like they own the place. At the prices we pay, we should be spoken to like we own the place, not the other way around!

We had major issues, checking in, our room had plumbing problems and was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our check in (like urine stains under the toilet seat and white bed duvets with brown and yellow stains). We had to ask for everything multiple times, nothing was easy. They reimbursed us some days, were attended to very well by management and maintenance (not the front desk) around the third day of our stay, and we had a great time.

Awesome staff included, Daniel, Ariel and Tara (night Manager)-They make the place what it is, they have their work cut out for them!

Beautiful property, very elite.

Room Tip: Skip the front desk if you can and make sure your room is clean!

Thank you for posting your stay with us on Trip Advisor. As I was reading your review, there apparently were some issues but many other positive comments about your stay. This time of year this resort runs with extremely high occupancy and we staff accordingly. We look forward to your visit with us again next year.

My family of 5 stayed at this hotel. Its probably a bit dated but inside the room they have updated nicely. It has a great kitchen, dining area, and 2 connecting bathrooms - 1 with a tub and toilet and closet, and the other with shower and toilet. The shower had great pressure (when do you hear that??)The beds were firm and felt new. Everything smelled clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. It was great getting up every morning and having coffee on the balcony with beach and water right there. What a view.

There were alot of kids -

Thank you for sharing your recent experience at Vistana’s Beach Club with Trip Advisor. You did an excellent job describing the ocean front building units. The beds are “Sheraton Sweet Sleeper” mattresses made exclusively for Sheraton Hotels. Thank you for mentioning my staff as they all are committed to providing vacation memories to last a lifetime. We welcome you back in the near future to enjoy another cup of coffee on the balcony with spectacular ocean views. Thanks again for posting.

This was our third year in a row of visiting the Vistana. We booked two condos, one with accessible features to assist my mother in getting around easily. Because there are a limited number of accessible rooms, we weren't sure how accommodating Vistana could be but they were able to provide the exact room we requested. Both units had upgraded kitchens with granite countertops and both have a great view of the beach (503/603 in the back building). The units are spacious and comfortable. We didn't utilize the activity center this time, but we like that the covered rec area that used to double as an open air garage is just reserved for the rec area now with ping pong, pool, chess, and picnic tables. The beach was clean and beautiful as always and we appreciate the onsite, very reasonably priced chair rental company. My sister enjoyed the pool-side movie night. My only wish is that they would upgrade the beds as they are a bit uncomfortable, but all else was perfect. We are looking forward to next year's stay #4.

Room Tip: I think the front building is primarily for timeshare owners. All of the units have good beach vie...

Thank you for taking the time to post your stay with us on Trip Advisor. All units come with fully equipped kitchens and are spacious as you wrote. The open air activity area you mentioned is enjoyed by many of our guests. Treasure Coast Paddle who runs the beach chair rental service also manages our new gift shop across from the Activity Center. We are pleased to read your sister enjoyed our seasonal “Dive in Movie” event on the pool deck. This is where we show a movie at night on a 20’ X 20’ screen and enjoyed by many. The beds are fairly new and are “Sheraton Sweet Sleeper” mattresses made exclusively for Sheraton Hotels. We receive many favorable comments about the beds frequently. We look forward to your 4th stay with us and thanks again for posting on Trip Advisor.

We stayed here through an RCI timeshare swap. The very best feature is it's on the beach, which we have a hard time finding in the RCI inventory. Without fail, every employee we interacted with was very kind and helpful. We appreciated that so much. Paul helped us get all our luggage unloaded and upstairs and wouldn't let us help him at all. Paul got a big tip!

Our unit had nice furniture in good shape and I would guess was newly renovated. We were in the building closest to the road because we wanted the 2nd shower and a washer/dryer (thanks Trip Advisor reviewers for the tip!). Unit 602 in this building still has a partial view of the ocean. The master bedroom does have that odd bathtub that resorts seem to like to put in there. I'd trade that bad boy for more bathroom counter space in a heartbeat.

The resort's pool is clean, well tended, but small. The folks renting beach chairs/umbrellas are very sweet and their price is very reasonable. The Publix grocery store down the road is small, but had everything we needed. And again, nice employees.

The only real negative is that there is only one elevator for the building and it can be pretty slow. It's a challenge if you try to use it at "rush hour". If you're on a lower floor you might be better off using the stairs.

Thank you for posting your stay on Trip Advisor. We are glad that every team member you met was very kind and helpful. We are pleased that Paul was able to assist you with your luggage. You did a great job describing the ocean view building unit. As you stayed with us recently, we are running at very high occupancy with many families this time of year. Having one elevator has always been adequate over the years. Thanks again for posting on Trip Advisor and we hope to see you once again in the near future.

We have been owners here since 1996 and have seen the upgrades to the suites. We always get value for our money here. Clean spacious and modern. And the free wifi rips. We can easily stream movies from our iPad to the TV. beach is pristine. Water is blue and sandy bottom. Close to everything. We love this place.

We go every year and Barry remembers us and personnally greets us. We feel like we are returning to a home away from home. Barry has a gift for creating wonderful activities and he has implemented some great ideas since he joined the vistana team. We hope he is commended for this. The service desk (especially DEnnis) are always patient kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are great as well. One thing we can never ignore & this isn't vistanas fault at all is the parents who allow their children to be rude loud curse and be annoying in general. We are parents and know kids will be kids but to watch as they splash and mouth off to adults is sad for our world.

To take the time to post your stay on Trip Advisor is greatly appreciated. Barry is passionate as our “Manager of Fun” and does an excellent job creating wonderful activities, for all ages, as you wrote. Thank you for your kind words about Dennis and my maintenance team members. We apologize that during your stay, parents didn't monitor their children.
