Simple to review Beach Bistro: The meal is superb, service is very very good and the location (oceanfront dining) is hard to beat.
The nit is that it's a small property with far too many tables crammed into the space. There are secluded corners where you may feel a bit removed from strangers but there are also plenty of tables so jammed into small spaces you feel like it's family style dining with your neighbors. The small tables at the bar areas.... there is absolutely no way I'd pay these prices for dining in a space like that. There are a few larger tables by the bar that look cozy and inviting but you don't have an ocean view.
The place is nice and warm (lots of dark wood) but there are just too many folks in there at once. Staff handles it well and the type of crowd won't be noisy but, still, there is a sardines-in-a-can element that can't be ignored.
You're likely to spend well over $100/pp with a glass of wine and dessert. For the best food food this is the place to go. Worth the price? Probably, if you don't mind feeling like your comfort has been compromised for a few extra tables. Also the best place around to make a good impression on a business or social companion
