First impressions were good, we were seated straightaway by a super friendly waitress. Inside looks like its been given a makeover and is lovely. We were very well looked after and had a mix of pizza, pasta and fish dishes. Sadly the fresh fish was breaded and both fish and pasta were both overwhelmed with way too much garlic and oil. There was a pool of oil in the pasta bowl. The Pizzas are huge, plenty for hungry appetites, thin bases and crusty, but far too hard and a bit burned making the most of the base and edges impossible to eat.
Its clear that front of house are trying really hard and service is superb, I really wanted this to be a top rating, but the food has let the Italian Gourmet down.
