I ordered the grouper and it was extremely bland. The next day at a different restaurant I also ordered grouper and realized after looking at the fish and tasting it that there was no way that my fish at The Feast was grouper. I am almost certain they switched my fish with cod. Being a tourist who hadn't eaten grouper in full year and also having a discount gift certificate I think the restaurant took advantage of the two people in our party who ordered grouper.

The vegetables were lousy and the rice was average at best. The Vermont salad was very good. The waitress was very nice to us though I have to wonder who was in on the scam to give us a cheaper fish. The restaurant is in a storefront of an old plaza and it doesn't have much charm. The prices are also high compared to better places in the area.

During our two week stay at Anna Maria we sampled a good cross section of what the island could offer in terms of dining opportunities. 'The Feast 'was by far the best of the restaurants which we tried. It has an extensive menu including a good variety of seafood, steak and Italian dishes. The food was very good and on each occasion we visited the service was excellent. A really good place for a relaxing night out with friends. How pleasant not to have the waitress not rushing you to finish your meal and just about focsing you out of the door when you have finished eating! Harassing customers to leave seems to be the norm with many of the local restaurants. It was not so with The Feast

Great menu, delicious food, a real treat to eat here. We have dined here 3 times during our stay and each time got better than the last. The prices are more than reasonable, the service is good. The atmosphere is lacking, but we didn't really mind that in view of the service and food. This is a good place! Try the pizza or the fresh fish special, we had snapper the last night we were there and it was delicious.

An interesting menu drew us in as well as a previous excellent dinner here last June 2011. Courteous, but inept, service was the measure. Food so mediocre it tasted as if it came from Costco. A banging kitchen door, thumping through the room every five seconds made this dining experience so forgettable. Crowds apparently speak to a desire to eat over-priced, over-rated food. We would neither recommend this restaurant nor would we ever return.

Excellent seafood restaurant. The early bird specials each afternoon are an especially good buy.
