since the change in ownership. Watch out for the fish sandwiches, we were told they are imported from Vietnam, frozen and they taste like it. However, for a beer and a hot dog, it is ok. Breakfast is fairly good too.

“Great little restaurant on the beach”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Met up with family at Holmes Beach for Memorial Day. After spending a few hours at this beautiful beach, we packed up our stuff and headed to this restaurant. What a great little place that serves delicious food right on the edge of the beach. Eat in or out [better idea to eat in because of pesky little flies outside]. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food that was reasonably priced. If you happen to be at Holmes Beach and want to grab a bite while you're there - this is the place!

“What a great way to start a beach day!”

Omelettes and all-you-can-eat pancakes were a nice treat before laying in the sun all day. Definitely get the fresh lemonade - not too sweet and very refreshing!

“Great!”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

This is the place to go for breakfast. When we drive from central Florida to Holmes Beach this is our first stop. They have an excellent pancake/sausage special. The other breakfasts are just as good. The prices are excellent for a resort area. plus you can eat outdoors facing the gulf for a great view any time of the day. The free island trolley stops there whether you come from the north of south of Anna Maria Island. There are restrooms and places to wash off the salt water. Just and all around great stop. An outside coffee urn (reg and decaf) for constant coffee refills and pleasant servers. Caution - if you eat outside the wall, don't leave your food or the gulls will have dinner. They have protective lines overhead to keep the critters from getting to your food, but unfortunately when you are sitting on the sand, the birds know how to get to you and a word to the wise, do not feed the birds.

“Very good food & breakfast on the beach”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

When you're visiting Anna Maria Island you need to stop by here for breakfast. They are know for there all you can eat pancakes however their of meals are wonderful with nice sized portions and friendly service. I enjoy the Eggs Benedict with fresh fruit and my husband loved the very large Country Fried Steak, eggs and home fries.
It's nice to sit outside under the umbrella's watching the ocean and the birds and even the people if your a people watcher. There is no need to dress up beach attire is all that is needed.
