Nothing remarkable about this place except its location. Food is average; servers friendly; but the chance to eat outside, and gaze at the sand and sea is pleasant. If you want fancier food, there are many other choices. Four of us had breakfast, and everyone was satisfied with the dishes.

This is certainly a place to stop by at least once while in Holmes Beach. Situated right off the gulf of México with excellent sitting right on the beach. Great food and service, as well as price. Easy to find as well, since Manatee Rd. dead ends into their parking lot.

My father-in-law used to bring us for the fish fry whenever we were in town. It's been ten years since we've been, since he passed away. It was like we never left, as nothing has changed, it's still wonderfully "beachy" and unpretentious. The view of the sunset was unparalleled and the crowd lively. The fish and chips were plentiful and even better...good. Battered and fried crispy with a side of fries and cole slaw, it's everything you hope for when you're killing it with the calories. Add a couple of cold beers and some music...perfect evening on the beach.

The Beach Cafe on Anna Maria Island is a great place to enjoy a breakfast and watch the sunrise and the birds. There is a small indoor seating area; however, most of the seating is outdoors. Ordering is typically done at a window and then find a seat at one of the tables. I've eaten there many times for breakfast and had eggs, hash browns, and bacon. The portions are generous and the food very good. Moreover, you can beat the view. I will continue to return.

We've been coming here for years. It is favorite of our and we always take out of town guests because it is a perfect place to get Florida style all at one place. The meals are good size. My wife and I will split a salad or a Catch of the Day. Entertdainment starts at 4 or 5 pm. Nothing fancy but great background. Mike Sales, who plays Fridays, is my wife's favorite. They have a drum circle that night also. Well play euchre, listen to the music, have dinner and watch the sunset. Doesn't get any better than this.
