Stayed here the night before embarking on our cruise. Upon arrival, the front desk was prompt to get us settled in quickly with our reservation and off to our room we went. They were very polite and a pleasure to deal with. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for a single night's stay. Free Wifi was a great bonus for looking up the status of lost luggage and making skype calls to family in the area at other hotels doing the same thing. Although rooms are dated, I'm not on vacation to stay in a room the whole time. The immediate area is great for some quick shopping before the cruise, and plenty of places to eat nearby.

The following morning, their continental breakfast covered all bases, quality was very good and I was happy with the selection they had. We were able to take the shuttle service back to the airport to retrieve our lost luggage, and back to the hotel where we boarded the next shuttle to Port Everglades to embark on our cruise.

Wrapping it up:
- Hotel Staff is very nice and polite. Even in busy, stressful times, they keep it together :)
- Rooms are clean
- Location is good for a little shopping action
- Beds are comfortable (AND CLEAN!) with nice pillows
- Wifi ++
- Shuttle Service Included to/from Airport AND Port Everglades

Excellent price for the quality you get here, I would not hesitate using their services again for our next cruise. This was the least stressful part of our adventure to make it onto the cruise!

Room Tip: Rooms are clean, and functional. Only complaint is that rooms are dated.

My group of 23 and I stayed there before our cruise for one night and two nights after. Entering the lobby, and checking in, the staff seemed courteous. When we got to the rooms, it was another story because the entire place needed updating and the smelly carpets look and feel like they have never been cleaned. We had to wear shoes while in the rooms. The bed spreads were extremely dirty, soiled and smelly. The AC was blowing air that smelled of gas.So we woke feeling tired and exhausted. Breakfast was basic but ok. You have free wifi so that's another plus. But the rooms where we laid our heads were literally nasty. I wouldn't go back mo matter the cost.

Hotel could use an update. Paid about $53/ night. Room was a bit small but was clean. Bathroom was also clean. Beds were comfy. However, there is not much of a channel selection. There was about 25 channels. Most were sports and news. There are a couple of fast food restaurants and a shopping plaza within walking distance.

We arrived early as our flight got in at 8.00am. The shuttle collected from the airport. We were not surprised that our room was not ready, but we were invited to have breakfast and the wait or go somewhere while they looked after our luggage. After breakfast we napped by the pool. Around noon we were woken up to be told our room was ready and we were escorted to and our luggage delivered. The was not new, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. In the morning we had another breakfast and used the shuttle to get to the cruise port. The two shuttles were very convenient, the service from everyone with whom we came into contact was excellent and friendly. The hotel was definitely excellent value for money and we would stay here again when we cruise from Fort Lauderdale again. There is a shopping center very close and a diner and another couple of restaurants.

Although the property is close to the highway, its far enough not to have any highway noise. The pool is nice and plenty of chairs and space. Several beers on tap at the pool bar, but a bit pricey for a draft. The room was nice but starting to show some wear and the mattress was not good. However, its decent for a stopover for ship to airport travelers. We had an early flight out and the hourly shuttle was prompt and quick. Continential breakfast was less than I expected, but there is a McDonald's and Burger King in walking distance. There's also a Chipotle across the street which was convenient.

Chosen since it's close to the airport and offered free airport shuttle service

When I got there it was early so we had to wait, however when I got up to my first room it had only one bed. I call down to tell them that’s not what I had reserved. MY GOD she got an attitude with us told to bring our paper work down because that is what we paid for. When I got down with my paper was not what we reserved and they had checked us in as the wrong people. Then we get our second room it had Spider’s web above our head that’s was out.

This was our second visit in 8 months and happy to report that we had another satifying experience. After spending way too much time at the FLL airport looking for lost luggage, the free hotel shuttle picked us up about 25 minutes after calling the hotel. The reception area was clear when we arrived so we got checked in very promptly. (we had prepaid a few months ago to get a better rate). The sweet lady at the front desk even offered us toiletries when she found out we had no luggage. We asked that they call us when the airline brought our luggage to the hotel and she asked "anytime of night?" and we said yes please, anytime of night.
Found our room on the third floor. The room was dated but clean. Flat screen TV, coffee maker, desk and chair, free WIFI.
Went walking that evening looking for a place to have dinner. Right behind the hotel is a mall with 30 or so stores. K Mart a 10 minute walk. Felt safe walking even at dusk. Found a cute diner beside K Mart and dinner was delicious, (Moonlite Diner).
Returned to hotel and tried to relaxed but worried about the luggage. I called the front desk at midnight, still no luggage.... at 1am, got a call from the young man at the front desk apologized for calling so late but our luggage was dropped off. I though it was cute that he apologized for calling late even after I asked them to call. Never got an apology from Jet Blue...
Breakfast is okay. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, donuts, pastries, juices, coffee.
We didn't use the shuttle to port since we were actually going to the Port of Miami and my brother who came in late the night before had rented a car, but they did offer a shuttle for the price of $60 per couple.
If we are sailing out of Ft Lauderdale or Miami again, we will certainly stay here!
