My cousin and uncle stayed at the Hard Rock while attending the Bills vs Dolphins game at Pro Player. We had an awesome stay at the Hard Rock. The service was great and the hotel bar was opened 24 hours and was busy at 4:00 and 5:00am.

Another great feature about the hotel was the entertaiment complex that was just outside the hotel. So, you did not have to travel far to have a good time.

I would stay here again in a heart beat!

The hotel room on the 10th floor was lovely, but no one mentioned the horrible smell of smoke in the lobby. The casino is open to the lobby and EVERYONE seems to be smoking. The smell was HORRIBLE!

Business brought us to the Hard Rock Seminole, but sheer pleasure kept us around for a few extra days. This is the proverbial "one of those hotels" where the whole is greater than the parts. Example? Check in was uneventful, the staff helpful, but the experience wasn't memorable. The property is virtually spotless, yet we're hard pressed to remember one identifiable feature.

Our room? A different story. We were upgraded to a double-bay suite, complete with a rockin' sound system; in fact, the sound system seemed superior to the Springsteen show we caught over the weekend. The musical touches (our room paid tribute to The Rolling Stones) were well placed throughout the over-sized rooms. The bathroom is worthy of a five-star rating, well worth the price of admission.

Night life was great, and the steak house was excellent.

Disappointments? Only one: the pool area was contrived; think Mandalay Bay on a budget.

Ok ..
This is the real deal when it comes to the hard rock Seminol>>>
The hotel is Nice but not great .the shopping is basic and overpriced ..
Gamble? The poker tourny's are good the house take is the norm the lines at times are ridiculous sometime have to waite for over an hour to get in a game
The slots in my opinion have he worst pay outs i have ever seen i have visited the casino about 30-40 times
played about $1000.00 EACH TIME and never won never even close never even broke even....
in fact only one person i ever whent with won
1,100 dollars on video poker

""""All machines are bingo based not real slots all pay outs are determind thru bingo card at top of screen""""

Comps? they dont know the meaning of the word
you have to pay for everything drinks cigs food
In fact the pit bosses act like they are doing you a favour by letting you lose your money.
However i do think both of these things will change when they get some competition later next year from the horse track that are now allowed to carry slots (type two)Right now they are the only game in town and they know it and want to milk it for all they can..

Overall if you want to gamble save your time and money
either check out the Baharmas, Atlantic city, And of course Vegas.
If any questions you can email me shaunprojectmgr@aol.com

We stayed 3 nights in a Luxury Room at the Hard Rock in October. The room was awesome! The beds are wonderful with great mattresses and linens. The bathroom in the luxury room was very spacious and nice including a very large walk in shower with a seat and NINE shower heads (four on each side wall and one on the ceiling). A huge, deep soaking tub (no jacuzzi) and double sink vanity. We had a balcony that overlooked the gorgeous pool area. Service everywhere (front desk, housekeeping, room service, etc) was great...we had NO problems with anyone. The rooms smelled good too...some sort of room freshner I guess, but we never found one. The Hotel is attached to "Paradise" with several restaurants, shops and entertainment. The absolute best restaurant was the suishi restaurant...the food was Phenomenal!!! I highly recommend it...it's not just suishi, but asian style food as well. I love to play slots, but it wasn't so much fun here. I didn't really understand how the machines worked with the lotto, bingo and daubing. I didn't win and I usually have pretty good luck in Vegas or Louisiana. It's different...one of their staff told me they only have a Class 2 casino license so you can't play against the house..you have to play against other machines. She said they were trying to get a Class 3 license which would make it like the slots in Vegas...but there's some sort of legal struggle with the state government. Anyway, I wouldn't go back there to gamble...but if you want to just go have a good time with a cool hotel room, it's a very nice place. I would definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock the night of The Doobie Brothers' concert and it was just amazing. We were upgraded to a larger king size room with a huge shower that had 9 shower jets with adjustable temperatures - I never wanted to leave that shower! When we walked into the room the great speakers were playing the Doobie Brothers music, the room was spacious, luxurious and immaculate. Heavy doors soundproofed the room for a great nights' sleep with no noise intruding. All of the staff were friendly and accomodating and we were certainly made to feel at home. We don't gamble much so I can't rate the casino - but the rock memorabilia throughout the hotel was fun to discover. The shopping/eating area outside the hotel was great fun after the concert with live bands throughout. Hard Rock really is my new favorite hotel and I'm going to look for them wherever we travel. I travel a good bit for business, have stayed in many 4-star hotels, and this one meets or beats them all. Great job, Hard Rock!!!

My best friend and I went to the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood for our annual "Girlie Getaway" and we had a great time! The place is hopping... live bands in the lobby, casino full of life. And it's so clean everywhere! They take really good care of it, that's for sure.

The beds were sooo comfortable with featherbeds and down comforters. Loved the double vanity in the bathroom; very helpful for two women trying to get ready at the same time! The Seminole Paradise is attached to the hotel and is a great place to shop, eat, and drink. Unfortunately, Hurricane Rita came to the Keys while we were there and brought lots of wind and rain to Hollywood so they shut Paradise down. Very disappointing to us as we were only there for 3 nights and that was our last one!

The pool area was the most beautiful I've ever seen! The water temperature was perfect and they gave you great lounge chair covers instead of just an extra towel to throw over it. The only thing they could've done to improve the pool area was to rake the sandy area that was designed to look like a real beach. There were cigarette butts and debris in it and we were one of the first people to go out in the morning.

The place is not good for kids, but who would bring their children on vacation to a place promoting gambling and drinking? That just doesn't make any sense! Take them to Disney!

We never had trouble with staff being rude or unhelpful although I had read earlier reviews where people complained about that. Maybe because it was new and they were still trying to staff up with competent people. They definitely seem to have overcome that problem because everyone we dealt with was really great.

Overall, we really liked the hotel and would definitely go back.
