This has been our favorite after beach spot for years. It is right on the Intracoastal by the Dania Beach Blvd bridge. Wave at the tourists as they go by on the Water Taxi and dream of cruising on the yachts that motor by. Sometimes in winter you may spot an manatee but don't count on it. The food is pub grub. Nice sized portions, which is a good thing because they recently increased prices. We usually just get beer and conch fritters or clams...maybe a fish sandwich. The only complaint is that the last few weeks they have started wanting to charge $3 for valet parking...and they don't park your car, they just demand $3 and your keys after you have self parked. I think this is a bad move on the part of management

We were told that this is where the locals go so we took our boat here on day 3 of our vacation. It was nice to pull up to the dock and have several people willing to help us dock. There was a strong current and some wind so this was a big help. We ordered a chicken sandwich, coconut shrimp and a burger. All of the food was very good especially the shrimp which came with a marmalade horseradish dipping sauce but I asked for a sweet and sour sauce that came with another shrimp dish and it was better. It was nice to sit directly next to the water and watch other boats go by. The service was friendly and we will definitely go back during this trip!

We had heard good things about Jimbo's and decided to try it this weekend along with another couple. Major disappointment! We ordered calamari and coconut shrimp for appetizers. The calamari were not edible, frozen rings all the same size, with absolutely no flavor. The shrimp were just all right. I had the fish and chips which were very greasy. The rest of the meals are not even worth mentioning. Service was adequate but for the location of this place right on the water you would expect FRESH seafood. Would not go back or recommend....

We were driving aimlessly around waiting for our hotel room to be ready when I spotted Jimbo's. We decided to take a chance and waited in the crazy traffic to get down to it.
The atmosphere was nice and it was cool to see the bridge go up.
Restaurant staff was friendly. The valet attendant was miserable but I didn't let that ruin our visit.
Our waiter was a friendly guy.
