What a great place. The park is about 50 acres of pristine Fl forest with many animals and trails going down to an all natural beach on the Gulf. Have seen eagles, osprey, owls, golpher tortuises, etc. there. There is also a large tower their which gives you a better view out to Anclote Key which has an old historic lighthouse. Good fishing and dogs are allowed (just clean up). There is also a board walk that takes you to the Gulf Park in Holiday which has fishing piers and a dog park.

Very tranquil nature park - pet friendly with small picnic area and nature paths. Lots of flora and birds. If you walk far enough following the river, you will arrive at a , peaceful view of the Gulf. It would have been nice to have picnic tables at this location too! Had a wonderful afternoon and picnic with old and new friends!
