Went to Paladar last evening and really enjoyed the place. Service was great, food was awesome and great atmosphere. Nice menu with something for everyone. Dessert was out of this world (Bread pudding). When you finished with dinner you can walk through all the stores, watch a little horse racing and hit the casino. Give it a try.

This is the first review I have ever written on Tripadvisor. We were there on Sunday early. The service was terrible-took forever for anything, drinks and food, and the place was empty. We constantly had to ask anyone we could find to get our waitress. Our yucca appetizer and entrees came at the same time and everything was ice cold. We sent it back and they heated it up. The manager came over and asked us what was wrong and we told him. We were very pleasant and the waitress was with him. They asked us if we would like another drink (which also took forever to get-we thought she forgot about us) and the manager didn't even buy us the drink. Very bad public relations. And after all this-the food itself was bland. There are much better restaurants in the park. This certainly is not one of them.

From the moment you are greeted, you can expect a caring dining experience. The hostess asked questions and ensured you were seated where you requested, all with eye contact! Our server was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. We were 3 adults and ordered a number of different appetizers and meals. The delivery and timing were perfect. During our meal the wait staff as well as the 'bus' staff maintained a clean and uncluttered table. The taste of the food was simply exceptional. Each dish had its own flavors and aromas you come to expect with great preparation. The different levels of spice was perfect per item.
This was a first time for this eatery, it will not be our last. Their brunch menu beckons!

This was a good restaurant but I have had better Latin food in Miami. The rice was not fully cooked the steak was just ok. I would go back but only if I was rushed

Crab croquettes were very good. The ceviche was pretty average at best. The rum glazed pulled pork entree was very tasty. Out server was very attentive and polite. Definitely check it out if you are in the Gulf Stream Park area.
