we went to this restaurant saturday night august 4, 2012 and the valet took our car and rolled down the window. when we got our car the window was down and the valet said nothing. when we questioned him about the rolled down window he smirked and said it was down when he got the car. john the manager was very rude to us and basically sided with the valet and also said he did not car how many times we went there it was not their problem. i talked with another employee and he said absentee ownership. i wonder who is responsible. perhaps if they had offered to pay half with us. our window cannot be rolled up and it is the fault of the valet at acqua 124 and they do not care about customer satisfaction
