“Good stuff”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

Went for brunch for the first time here and it was excellent. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals and I also enjoyed endless mimosas!
I have eaten here a handful of times over the years and have never been disappointed, not even when they removed my favorite dish from the menu (Puerco al ajillo). Their sangria is also quite nice. And my wife raves about their tembleque.

“Favorite restaurant in Gainesville”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

No trip to Gainesville is complete without dinner at Emilianos. We love their ceviche, tostones, and churrasco along with a big pitcher of sangria!

“Underrated”
Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

This is consistently one of the best restaurants in Gainesville. My wife and I have taken our son (and occasionally his friends) to eat here numerous times. They have an interesting menu with outstanding specials. The food is presented with style and each dish is distinctive. The wine list is extensive. Our server this week was in training; her mentor discussed our wine selection with us and helped us to make an excellent choice. Last night, we went to a nearby place with a similar name, Amelias. There should be no mistake. Emiliano's should be rated in the top five; not Amelias.

“Surprised by this little place!”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

Took a chance on this place. Did not regret for a second. Went back 3 times over the course of a month. Satisfied each time. Had black bean burger (excellent), pork taco special (good), shrimp dinner (mango jalapeno was the way to go) and shrimp bowl (portion smaller than I expected with only 3 shrimp). Bathrooms could use a little work. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.
