I had not stepped foot in an Outback for probably close to 8-10 years and it is safe to say I will never go back. It is a far cry from its original incarnation to say the least. My salmon was without quesition previously frozen and lacked the color, texture, moisture content, etc, of what it could/should have been...simply unimpressive. The Victoria's petite filet was not that much better; sufficiently tender yes, but for a franchise built on beef, it was again a far cry from its original self. When coupled with the usual noisey ambience, the poor salmon and less than interesting filet, it is a match made in "let's go somewhere else" land. Adios Outback!
