Great little museum for kids. Lots of stuff for the little ones (and young at heart) to see and do. Large enough to keep them interested for a day, not large enough to overwelm. One of the largest displays of canoes I have ever seen. And if they're not careful, they may learn something. Situated in the complex with the butterfly forest connected and the art museum right beside. Throw everything in and you have a couple of days of entertainment. They also have a theatre adjacent.

Great opportunity to see the Native American History of Florida. Also no charge to view the museum. Giant skeletons of prehistoric mammals. Lots of fascinating details presented to educate and entertain all ages.

This had exhibits from the past all the way up through the future. It was a wonderful value, and a great place to visit over and over again. You can learn something new every time.

Great museum at the University of Florida. I have taken guests there from ages 20-85 and they have always enjoyed it. You can also visit the Butterfly Rainforest in the same building or walk to the Harn Museum of Art next door.
