Finally got to see this place as it is closed on Federal holidays. So glad we finally made it. Free admission but does take donations. Great display of all the various guns/rifles used by the Air Force in all the various wars/conflicts. Great displays with easy to read placards. Great display on POWs. Outside you can walk around lots of different planes and helicopters used. Takes about 1-2 hours to really enjoy.

Loved it, huge variety of large airplanes outside to examine with large information signs with history and description. Inside is photos, more planes, various weaponry, missiles and a gun room. I saw missiles I worked on there in full size, so very interesting for me to see that in retirement....highly recommend for anyone who works defense industry or military. And it’s free, which was even more amazing. Plenty of close parking, easy to find and plan for 1.5 hours to see everything...great displays, no complaints. It might be a little bothersome in the dead of summer in 95 F temperature with a lot outside.

He was hesitant about going, but pulling in he was amazed by all the planes outside. Was a little busy inside due to the school field trips. The interactive things were beat up and was not in working condition. All an all it was a great break from the beach on a cool day. Would do it again. The volunteers there had a wealth of knowledge.

Not a small place by any means....I only looked at the outside exhibits (where there are some fantastic aircraft and related weaponry). Of particular note is the combination of the old and new. WWII aircraft sit comfortably outside with modern weapons used by the USAF such as the MOAB (thankfully inactive lol). Not quite a place for everyone, but if you are an enthusiast, you will love this place!
