Fun to visit and picnic. And a few miles down the road is the Naval Air Museum. I had a visitor come from Kentucky and he really didnt want to go. After 5 minutes he wanted to go to all the Military museums and stayall day!!

While travelling between Orange Beach and Destin, this museum landed right about the time we needed to stretch our legs. In all we spent maybe 1.5 hours and saw most of the exhibits. They have lots of cool plants and weapons to see and we thoroughly enjoyed the F-15 simulator. It was fun to see all the planes, I look forward to stopping again in the future.

So much to experience at this awesome facility. My boys and I learned lots about POWS, aircrafts, weapons and our brave soldiers. We left in awe and feeling extremly blessed and grateful for our military. Exemplified that freedom hasn't been, nor will it ever be free.
