Make sure you have plenty of time to go through the museum and walk the grounds. We've been several times and learn something new each time we go back. Its free admission but they do ask for donations. Its kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. Lots of pictures to be taken!

We went with our young son and enjoyed talking with the veterans who were very nice and full of great history. The musuem was even fun for our toddler. We also enjoyed looking at all of the exhibits outside and spent time reading all of the information for each of the planes. It is amazing that is free and we really enjoyed making a donation to the museum and gift shop. This is great collection of air force armament and an outing that we will remember for time to come.

I would highly recommend to anyone on vacation for a good non-beach outing. All the kids (including our son) loved looking at the big planes and sitting in a cockpit.

We visited on 12-29-11. The planes on the outside are great, and the information on the plaques they provide tell everything you need to know about the aircraft.

On the inside, the displays are educational and again have good information about them. You can see things upclose that you have only read about. The admission is free, but donations are accepted. Very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend a stop here if you are in the area.
