We are sorry for any inconvenience you were caused by our trip cancellation. After reviewing our phone records and talking with the booth staff, we found this information: a forty second phone call was placed the Wednesday before your Friday trip to cancel, not confirm, your Friday reservation. The young woman who answered the phone was hasty and obviously misunderstood. This is confirmed by the fact that she claims we called to confirm the trip. With over one hundred reservations a day, we only call to confirm private charters. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused your party.
