Overall, the condo was nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. My family of six enjoyed staying there. The only real problem was that the sliding door that leads to the pool area does not lock from the outside which means someone had to lock it from the inside then exit the front door and walk all the way around to enter the pool or beach area. The patio outside of the sliding door had no chairs on it and other guests left their pool items on our patio. The patio is definitely not as nice as the balconies on the upper floors. There is no privacy on the patio and it does not offer much convenience to compensate this due to the door not locking from the outside. There were not enough places to hang wet towels and bathing suits (since the condo has a pool and is on the beach, I expected a few more towel racks). I had to call customer service twice and both times, the person that answered the call was a bit rude. The first call was to report that the Wifi was not working and the second call was to report a power outage. The representatives of the calls acted inconvenienced and bothered by me calling. We liked the overall experience and location but if I were to return to Sea Oats, I would rent one of the condos on an different floor as the ground level didn't offer any added convenience and had less privacy. The beach was clean and beautiful and we really liked that condo was so close to it.
